Recently, Shenzhen Zenithsun Electronics Tech. Co., Ltd. has successfully delivered a complete set of customized AC-DC load bank equipment for a key project. The delivery comprises 13 units in total: 12 sets of AC-DC load banks plus 1 set of R-L-C resistive-inductive-capacitive load bank, together with matched air-duct cooling systems. The complete system is deployed for ground-based load simulation testing of aviation systems, delivering a stable and reliable load-simulation solution for R&D and validation of aviation ground power supplies.
Designed for standard aviation power supply ratings of AC 115 V (AC) and DC 28 V (DC), the system features multi-range current specifications with independently switchable AC and DC load channels. It accurately replicates real-world electrical operating conditions of on-board aviation electrical equipment. The R-L-C load bank enables three-phase AC 115 V load simulation and reproduces complex combined non-linear, inductive and capacitive loads. This supports sophisticated testing covering harmonics, phase characteristics and other critical parameters of aviation power supply systems. The custom-engineered air-duct cooling system ensures sustained full-load operation of the high-power assembly, mitigates temperature-induced test deviations and maintains consistent, accurate test data.
